Using a moniker borrowed from Marcel Duchamp’s female alter ego, Rrose first appeared on Sandwell District, a label in no small part responsible for the sound of contemporary techno. Now Rrose also releases on her own imprint Eaux, but the music still shares the same drive to blur lines between heavy industrial clang and gray-textured sound. Her tendency to experiment also landed Rrose a place in the prestigious “Monad” series, curated by Stroboscopic Artefacts.
Visuals for Rrose's set will be prepared by Florence To.
