Canadian electroacoustic composer Sarah Davachi combines analogue synthesis and treated acoustic instruments, from organ and piano through strings to woodwinds. The sounds often become defamiliarized in her process, as heard on many of her records. Just this year, she has already released two of them, Let Night Come on Bells End the Day for Recital, and Gave in Rest for Ba Da Bing. Sarah will play a special Morning Glory session at Unsound 2018.
