An Unsound regular, Polish percussionist Hubert Zemler plays solo, in bands, and has never been constricted by any genre boundaries. He’s an expert in classical music, chamber music and experimental techniques, but knows how to play more popular genres. This year, he’s going to perform solo with a short live footwork show that will tie in into RP Boo’s set. He’s also a member of The Kesh Ensemble, a band formed to join Todd Barton in a reimagining of The Music and Poetry of The Kesh, his 1985 album recorded with esteemed writer Ursula K. Le Guin.
