Natural Wonder Beauty Concept (DJ Python & Ana Roxanne)

New York City-based artists Brian Piñeyro (aka DJ Python) and Ana Roxanne both have such distinct personal expressions, it's hard to imagine the music they might create together. Piñeyro is known for his idiosyncratic "deep reggaetón" reductions, blueprinted on 2017's 'Dulce Compañia' and developed on its slippery 2020 follow-up 'Mas Amable', while Roxanne raked in praise for her effervescent ambient tomes '~~~' and 'Because of a Flower', using her ethereal voice to channel an interest in both R&B and classical Hindustani singing. Working as a duo, Piñeyro and Roxanne compose bubbly, leftfield dream-pop that's as likely to reference Cocteau Twins and Yung Lean as it is Grouper or Arovane.
