Gregor Rozanski
Born in Wrocław but based in Warsaw, Gregor Rozanski is an artist who's obsessed with history, possessed by future, as a recent exhibition suggested. His art uses a variety of methods - installations, video, sculpture and interventions - to examine a precarious contemporary reality with objects, substances, sounds and nature. Rozanski remixed Derek Jarmon's iconic 'Blue', fashioning it into a story about a lethal overdose of digital content, and has presented work at Warsaw's Museum of Modern Art, Kunstmuseum in Stuttgart, London's Tate Modern, Zacheta National Gallery of Art in Warsaw and many others.
