Poly Chain

A DJ, composer, curator and radio host originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, Sasha Zakrevska (aka Poly Chain) began to explore her solo identity after moving to Poland in 2012. She'd already performed in bands and received a traditional musical training, but on her own started to investigate the possibilities of the synthesizer, releasing the psychedelic "Music For Candy Shops" in 2017. As her confidence grew, Zakrevska's release rate increased: a collaboration with Bartosz Kruczyński and a split with Turkish techno DJ Nene H sits comfortably alongside cosmic solo albums for Mondoj and BAS.Kolektyw. A prolific curator - taking part in various Polish parties like Syntetyk, Brutaż, Dype, Trips for Lonely Hearted and Flauta - Zakrevska also composes tracks for theater and museum performances.
