Bliss Signal marks a new collaboration between two artists from starkly different backgrounds. Jack Adams (aka Mumdance) has become a mainstay of the UK underground club scene in recent years, twisting techno, grime, noise and sound design into new club forms, both solo and in collaboration with the likes of Novelist, Logos and Pinch. James Kelly made his name in the acclaimed black metal group Altar of Plagues, but in recent years has focused on solo experimental pop work as WIFE. Coming from seemingly disparate worlds, Bliss Signal distills elements of each producer's sound, resulting in an anthemic wall of guitar washes and electronic rhythms. Bliss Signal had its premiere at Unsound Kraków 2017, and comes to Adelaide hot on the heels of their debut self-titled album.
