Osaka-born Berlin resident Kouhei Matsunaga is a musician and graphic designer. Following the 1998 release of his debut album on the Mille Plateaux label, he has gone on to collaborate with the likes of Merzbow, Mika Vainio, Autechre's Sean Booth, Conrad Schnitzler and MC Sensational. His avant garde take on techno source material has made him an important figure on the contemporary experimental music scene.

His debut LP on PAN is "Dance Classics Vol. 1", an album focused on the dancefloor and/or altered state reflection. Kouhei peforms as part of the PAN showcase.
