Berlin-based UK-born Objekt appeared out of nowhere in 2011, to rapidly become one of the most talked-about producers around.

He states on his website that his intention is to create "a series of whitelabel 12" releases to make subs rattle and feet wiggle; a convoluted mess of dubstep, 3-step, garage, techno, bass-core, post minimal wankstep, shithouse, acid wonk, no more, no less."

It certainly suggests that Objekt is a unique figure, attempting to create club music that stands out. His releases, simply named EP1 and EP2, have certainly done that.
