Description
Built in the late 19th-century, the Juliusz Słowackie Theatre was modeled after European baroque theatres. It has had a significant impact on Polish culture over the years, especially as the home of Young Poland theatre movement, when it hosted premieres of Stanisław Wyspiański’s plays. Its gilded halls are now home to Unsound opening and closing concerts.
