MORNING GLORY 3

For the third Morning Glory session, Unsound returns to the former medical school on Kopernika. Kraków composer and saxophonist Marek Pospieszalski traverses the avant-garde jazz and improv worlds as a solo artist and with his octet and the duo Malediwy. Today he will perform with Swiss drummer Julian Sartorius, who employs percussion to explore fine-scaled variations, tension and release, mass and vibrancy, as well as bridge the gap between organic timbres and experimental electronic music. Sartorius is at Unsound as part of a SHAPE+ residency. 

Doors open at 10:30, and the concert starts at 11:00, followed by a break, then a performative presentation in the same space by Bint Mbareh. Free of charge.
