MORNING GLORY 1

For the first time, Unsound’s music program begins with the beloved Morning Glory series, with Japanese artist Yosuke Fujita, aka FUJI||||||||||TA. Working with a self-built pipe instrument, he’s reimagined Japanese gagaku court music as phantasmic drones, and on this year’s MMM plays on an electric organ, incorporating unique vocalisations. We can’t wait to see and hear what he does in the lecture hall of a former medical academy flooded with natural morning light. Doors open at 10:30, and the concert starts at 11:00. Entry is free of charge.
