LISTENING SESSION: PLAY ME YOUR STORY

In this intimate public listening session and artist conversation, host Lyra Pramuk – composer, vocalist and producer – will be joined by Pete Swanson, an avid record collector, co-runner of the Freedom To Spend label and Yellow Swans member. He will select several pieces of music that have greatly influenced his career trajectory, personal style and sense of meaning. Lyra and Pete will listen to selected tracks together with the audience and delve into conversations around the music and its effect on Pete’s life. A soulful format, but with plenty of room for play and humour, Play Me Your Story promises to offer a caring and personal platform to reflect on the music that has most shaped artists’ life and vision.
