With almost 40 albums and 400 tracks under his belt (all released since 2017), Regal86 must be one of the hardest working artists in dance music. The DJ and producer hails from the mountains of Nuevo León - Monterrey, to be exact - in northern Mexico, and his output reflects the reality of his day-to-day grind. He cut his teeth making rap beats on FL Studio, but took a left turn when he was introduced to techno - a moment that changed his life. Pulling apart his trunk rattling instrumentals and reworking them as fast-paced dancefloor-ready bangers, Regal86 began to forge his own signature sound: a sample-laden fusion of hardgroove and chicano rap that's found him a devoted cult following.
