Philip Sherburne

Philip Sherburne writes about music and culture for publications like Pitchfork (where he’s a longtime contributing editor), the New York Times, and Condé Nast Traveler, as well as his own weekly Substack, Futurism Restated. He’s also a co-host of Lapsus Radio, a Spanish-language show dedicated to electronic music, and a cofounder of Balmat, a record label. American by birth, he’s based on the small Spanish island of Menorca.
