Ash Fure presents Animal

American avant-garde composer and academic Ash Fure is driven by a fascination with our senses, and how they might react to the most visceral sonic experiences. An associate professor of Sonic Arts at Dartmouth College and co-artistic director of The Industry LA, Fure has been described as "staggeringly original" by The New Yorker, and is notorious for putting together immersive live shows that provoke deep listening, empathy and the interrogation of musical preconceptions. At Unsound Kraków 20204, Fure will be performing 'Animal', an interactive sound art installation and live musical performance that muddles the aural, visual and physical into a boundary-pushing, out-of-the-ordinary experience.
