Caterina Barbieri

Italian artist Caterina Barbieri spearheads the new movement of modular synth music. She is a composer well-known for her explorations of themes related to machine intelligence, as well as object oriented perception in sound through a focus on minimalism. Her New York show follows the release of Ecstatic Computation, her latest album for acclaimed label Editions Mego.
