KAKUHAN feat. Adam Gołębiewski

Described by Boomkat as "one of the most startling and deadly debuts" of 2022, KAKUHAN's 'Metal Zone' is indescribably odd, charged with cybernetic dancefloor energy and avant-garde electro-acoustic charm. The duo is made up of goat (jp)'s Koshiri Hino (aka YPY) and cellist/sound artist Yuki Nakagawa, who's best known for his work with Eli Keszler and Joe Talia, and between them they've formulated a sound that's deceptively modernist and never less than psychedelic. They'll be performing at Unsound 2023 with Polish percussionist Adam Gołębiewski, a festival regular who's played and recorded with Yoko Ono, Thurston Moore, Ken Vandermark, Mats Gustafsson and many others.
