In 1985, Ursula K. Le Guin and composer Todd Barton collaborated on Music and Poetry of The Kesh, a unique album of songs and poetry sung and recited in an invented language, made with invented instruments. The work will be performed live for the first time at Unsound by Barton and The Kesh Ensemble, including the voices of Agata Harz and Katarzyna Smoluk-Moczydłowska of Księżyc, Rafał Grozdew, Ania Broda and percussionist Hubert Zemler. Opening is Lea Bertucci, a multi-instrumentalist who explores the relationship between acoustic phenomena and biological resonance.
