Tropic of Cancer started out as a collaboration between Camella Lobo and Juan Menzez aka Silent Servant, but has been Lobo’s solo project since 2011, with her dark and romantic songs exploring the space between sombre post-punk and minimal wave. After releasing their first EP’s on the Downwards label, Tropic of Cancer’s debut LP “Restless Idylls” will be released by Blackest Ever Black. It was produced by the legendary Regis, one of the founders of Downwards.
