The Polish composer, arranger and violinist Stefan Wesolowski is best known for writing the violin parts for Jacaszek’s acclaimed album “Treny”, but has been working independently since the age of 16, when he started composing liturgic music. Important Records will release his new album “Liebestod” this fall, a post-classical work written for piano, brass and strings, intersecting with electronic elements such as field recordings.
