Kwadrofonik is a unique quartet made up of a piano and a percussion duet, performing contemporary and improvised music in concerts that interfere with the roles given to their instruments, where pianos can turn percussive, and percussion provides melody. Their repertoire includes pieces by composers such as Witold Lutosławski, Béla Bartók and Steve Reich, and they also perform their own compositions. They have performed at concert halls around the world to much acclaim, including Carnegie Hall and the Berliner Philharmonie.
