Best known as a designer of mid-century furniture, Harry Bertoia also created Sonambient sound sculptures out of metal. From the late ‘60s onward, he recorded over 300 hours of music made by these sculptures. John Brien of Important Records has released all Bertoia’s Sonambient recordings, and uses them to create an immersive four-channel sound installation. After the opening you can experience the installation between 11:00 - 19:00 (closed on Mondays).
