The Unsound Festival Office is located in Pałac Krzysztofory at Rynek Główny 35 (entrance from Szczepańska 2), where tickets and festival information are available and you can exchange Weekly and Long Weekend passes for a festival badge and wristband.

The office is open from 8 to 15 October, 12pm to 6pm.
