An evening of music that resists easy categorisation. South London’s Klein works with collages of internet phenomena, sounds rooted in her Nigerian upbringing and elements of gospel and R&B music. Laurel Halo’s recent album Dust is similarly difficult to describe, drawing from funk, soul, techno and pop. She will play with New York percussionist Eli Keszler. Closing the evening is Bristol’s best-kept secret Giant Swan, an improv duo that combines noise, psychedelia and pounding freeform club music.
