MORNING GLORY 1

For the first time, the Unsound Morning Glory series brings together two artists, each performing 30-minute sets. Opening is Lydian Dunbar, a member of Tralala Blip. Dunbar recently released Blue Sleep on Room40, his gentle music incorporating field recordings, electronics, processed voice and harmonica. Martyna Basta is a Kraków composer working with field recordings, classical instruments, voice and electronic manipulation. In 2021 she released Making Eye Contact with Solitude, which The Quietus described as ‘a study of loneliness, a fascinating picture of pandemic reality’. Her concert at Unsound will include music from a forthcoming album.
