Unsound acitivites are generally organized by Tone Foundation For Music & New Art Forms (Fundacja Tone - Muzyka i Nowe Formy Sztuki), a not for profit foundation based in Krakow, Poland.

In 2009, Unsound is co-organized with the Krakow Festival Office.
